1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise accessing and using the ChilQi platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

2. Description of Service

ChilQi provides an AI-powered secure data workspace that lets you store personal and financial documents once and reuse them across forms, KYC processes, and applications. Features include document upload, AI-assisted extraction, form filling, and encrypted storage.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: uploading content you do not have the right to store; attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; interfering with the operation of the Service; or using the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the documents and data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you — including AI-assisted extraction and form filling that you initiate.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by ChilQi and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChilQi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
