Documents and data you upload: identity documents, financial statements, and other files you choose to store in your vault, along with data our AI extracts from them at your request.

Usage information: log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken within the Service, used to keep the platform secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service — including storing your documents securely, running AI-assisted extraction and form filling that you initiate, authenticating your account, and communicating with you about the Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use the contents of your vault for advertising.

3. How We Protect Your Data

Your documents are encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to keep your credentials confidential.

4. Sharing of Information

We share your information only in limited circumstances: with service providers who help us operate the platform (under strict confidentiality obligations), when you explicitly direct us to share it (for example, filling a third-party form), when required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition where the successor remains bound by this policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and vault contents for as long as your account is active. When you delete a document or your account, we delete the associated data from our active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements and residual copies in encrypted backups.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings, or by contacting us.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may prevent the Service from working.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
